Position Summary    Kohler Credit Union seeks an experienced individual to join the credit union as the next Vice President of Audit and Compliance. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this individual will develop and execute a comprehensive audit and compliance strategy aligned with the organization’s strategic goals, including preparing reports on findings and providing recommendations to manage risk across the credit union. This role will be the primary contact with regulatory agencies while monitoring and assessing regulatory changes, emerging risks, and industry trends that may impact the organization. The ideal candidate will possess and maintain a high level of knowledge and understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices, a history of applied leadership, and the ability to communicate across all departments and levels of the organization. A bachelor’s degree, 8 years of relevant experience, and relevant designations, such as CCUIA, CUERME, CUCE, and BSACS or their equivalents, are required. Proven leadership within the financial services industry is a requirement of the role. Advanced degrees preferred.
