With the recent CFPB fine of Wells Fargo for oepning unauthorized accounts, debit cards, credit cards, etc. without consumer's knowledge, I am curious what other institutions are doing to identify these types of situations? As this was a huge issue that impacted multiple members, I'd like to be sure that our Internal Audit department is monitoring for this type of risk.
