Social Media Audit

We are currently in the planning phase of conducting an audit of our social media program and usage. Has anyone who has completed a social media audit be willing to share the audit program they used?

Also, we are going to be conducting our own risk assessment of social media as part of the planning phase and wondering if anyone had completed a risk assessment of social media they would be willing to share as well.
