Good Morning, I am interested in receiving an RFP for a commercial loan review. If you have one you would be willing to share you can email it to me at sarah.evans@hoosierhills.com. I would also be interested to know the names of some firms that you would recommend for a commercial loan review. We are located in Southern Indiana. Thank you very much for your help! I hope your not all snowed (or iced) in! Have a great day! Link to delete content:

We are having some confusion here with regards to what exactly should be reported to the Board at the monthly meetings. The SC meets quarterly here. After you meet, what do you report to the board? Do you provide them the meeting minutes? The internal auditor is a new position here - only a year into it............I have develped the audit plan and it was accepted/approved by the SC - this does not have to be approved by the board does it???? I thought is was sufficient to advise them it was completed and in place. Our BOD chair is arguing about this. Link to delete content:

Curious to know if your organization has a process in place to review checks before they clear the members’ accounts. For instance, do you review checks over a certain amount to ensure the member signed authorizing issuance, ensure endorsement was obtained from payee, written and numeric amount match? This question was presented by a former NCUA examiner. Link to delete content:

We have excluded certain accounts from the dormant processes ever since classifying accounts dormant here 10-15 yrs ago.Due to potentially infrequent transaction posts on Funeral Trust accounts, IRA accounts, accounts with certificate dividends only, or minor accounts, we do not require the usual reactivation procedure of I.D.'ing the member. These accounts are also exempt from dormancy fees.Do you have any dormant account exemptions similar to this? Do you think member verification should take place on the above "exempted" accounts? thanks, Sherry Link to delete content:

I am looking for an audit program for the "Audit Review of the QC Process", as required by FNMA. Anyone have one they would be willing to share? Just to be clear, I am looking for something for the REVIEW of the QC Process, not the actual QC Process itself. kathie.corrigan@pcu.org Link to delete content:

Hello all, are there any CUs out there that allow member's to change addresses online? If yes, how easy was it to implement? If no, are there regulations or security concerns? Your knowledge and assistance is appreciated! Link to delete content:
